Primary Responsibilities:

·         Support the implementation of ISO 19650 standards, including naming and information management.

·         Set up and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

·         Monitor model quality and fix issues before coordination and integration.

·         Run clash detection and actively coordinate and resolve clashes with other disciplines.

·         Maintain templates, families, and shared parameters.

·         Support architectural and interior design teams with daily BIM tasks.

·         Act as the main point of contact with the centralized BIM unit.

Qualifications: 

• ·         Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• ·         2-5 years of relevant BIM/architectural experience.
• ·         Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
• ·         Knowledge of Dynamo or other scripting tools (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus.
• ·         Strong BIM expertise covering ISO 19650 standards, model setup and quality control, clash detection, and day-to-day technical support for design teams.
• ·         Good command of English (written and spoken).
